Dear A,

I’ve came back from Taiwan and China for about a month now. Many things happened in this short period of time.  We thought this trip was to fulfill the goal of visiting each other’s grandma before everything is too late - only to find out while we were visiting our grandmas in Asia, here at home back in the States,  we lost our grandma from my mother side.

Coming home attending grandma’s funeral and  knowing grandma did not suffer much toward her last minutes, I knew she was well blessed. I guess as we getting older and older each year and moving toward mid age, death is one of the things we will be hearing more.   

Anyway, I still did not draft up my diary on things and people I see/meet on this trip. Looking at the tons of pictures we took on this trip that I haven’t upload just make me loose the momentum to go any further. It’s like a kid who’s being owing homework for months, it just sent a mental note to the person’s brain to signify that there’s no way they can make it up and get it done.

Taiwan is a nice place, one day I will and I do want to summaries my seeing over there, and I will share.

Hope all is good with you. Global warming is hitting everywhere – we’re experiencing the abnormity of high heat weather this summer.
