(多一個儲藏室可以任意使用) 有冷氣，書桌，衣架，單人床可以提供。

' f: z* P. J6 n- E/ V& U) {一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
& Q. \+ j- w( G& w0 J0 }3 A* X兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

, H* ?. U# N2 W+ H9 M家裡有電暖器和除濕機可以使用。

7 T6 T# U0 Z9 }) T公園、Ubike、醫院、餐廳、屈臣氏、麥當勞、超市只要走路1分鐘就到達。
運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

Apartment room for Rent Near Dapinglin Mrt Station.  Located on Minzu Rd.

A clean well-equipped kitchen (with filtered water and a refrigerator)

Living room has a large screen TV and a large bookcase.

/ y/ W( y$ d( Q6 mThere is a bus stop in front of the apartment with buses that go to Gongguan, NTU, Shida area, Zhong xiao dun hua, Taipei City Hall, and Taoyuan City.

A park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.

There is a gym (health center) that is a five minute walk away. The DapingLin MRT station is an approximate 13 minute walk. (I walk to the station every day.)  Qi Zhang Station is 11 minute walk away.
