一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

9 Q* e+ u! a1 B7 t/ c/ M+ R) \客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
* }9 h/ c) r+ E- w# z3 H$ `' C8 O, Y兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

/ Y2 F$ r+ U1 }9 m& g9 u% ~% L$ [陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

家裡有電暖器和除濕機可以使用。

& A' o- W- Y. U樓下有公車可以直達公館，台大，師大，忠孝敦化，台北市政府，桃園市區。
' E# ~' s# J( t( ~- e  p; v公園、Ubike、醫院、餐廳、屈臣氏、麥當勞、超市只要走路1分鐘就到達。
7 \1 e4 E" [9 p, o' s+ U運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

There is a gym (health center) that is a five minute walk away. The DapingLin MRT station is an approximate 13 minute walk. (I walk to the station every day.)  Qi Zhang Station is 11 minute walk away.
