大坪林捷運附近的公寓，一個房間分租。位於民族路上。
(多一個儲藏室可以任意使用) 有冷氣，書桌，衣架，單人床可以提供。

一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

家裡有電暖器和除濕機可以使用。

運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

妳的室友是一個女生在遊戲公司上班，和一隻可愛的貓。
希望一位愛乾淨、友善、不愛吵鬧的朋友能夠一起分享這個美好的公寓。

Includes extra storage room that can be used at anytime. There is air conditioning, a bookcase, closet, and a single bed that can be provided.

A clean well-equipped kitchen (with filtered water and a refrigerator)

Clean bathroom with a brand new bathtub.

The price per month for the room is 8500 per month (including internet). Deposit is two months rent.

Water is paid on per use basis once per two months.

$ \/ i" p9 |, p5 c2 x8 f( L+ J5 Z' LA park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.
