/ n6 Y9 d. [; I; P: v/ f% p, _一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

. w) _3 E5 u( a. `1 h9 L2 W0 \客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

家裡有電暖器和除濕機可以使用。

公園、Ubike、醫院、餐廳、屈臣氏、麥當勞、超市只要走路1分鐘就到達。
( O1 x6 d4 w+ J, `% k運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

妳的室友是一個女生在遊戲公司上班，和一隻可愛的貓。

Includes extra storage room that can be used at anytime. There is air conditioning, a bookcase, closet, and a single bed that can be provided.

A clean well-equipped kitchen (with filtered water and a refrigerator)

3 V3 k' z) X. ~- hClean bathroom with a brand new bathtub.

Living room has a large screen TV and a large bookcase.
9 p% ^1 U5 y# a3 {8 c: IThe price per month for the room is 8500 per month (including internet). Deposit is two months rent.

Water is paid on per use basis once per two months.

" d0 T) D( F6 l/ V  j& A) c. QA park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.

There is a gym (health center) that is a five minute walk away. The DapingLin MRT station is an approximate 13 minute walk. (I walk to the station every day.)  Qi Zhang Station is 11 minute walk away.
