; y9 Q8 m5 k6 q0 a/ D一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

1 D1 g, w4 ]% r1 T2 o- W' Y客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

1 _* A( N2 G* v# F; ~陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

家裡有電暖器和除濕機可以使用。

There is a bus stop in front of the apartment with buses that go to Gongguan, NTU, Shida area, Zhong xiao dun hua, Taipei City Hall, and Taoyuan City.

A park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.

There is a gym (health center) that is a five minute walk away. The DapingLin MRT station is an approximate 13 minute walk. (I walk to the station every day.)  Qi Zhang Station is 11 minute walk away.
