(多一個儲藏室可以任意使用) 有冷氣，書桌，衣架，單人床可以提供。

一個乾淨設備齊全的廚房 (有過濾水和冰箱)，全新乾淨附浴缸的浴室。

客廳有大螢幕、大書櫃。 房間租金一個月NT.8500 (包含網路費)， 押金為兩個月的租金。
2 c# M/ Y+ J* n" V  t8 @兩個月一次的水電費依照使用量來計算。

; X; Q; f# u9 n  i6 A9 V陽台有洗衣機可使用，有足夠的空間可以曬衣服。

運動中心走路5分鐘到達。走路13分鐘到MRT大坪林站。 11分鐘到MRT七張站。

A park, Ubike station, hospital, various restaurants, a Wastons, McDonalds, and supermarket are all located within a minute walk away.
