Russia is the biggest consumer of heroin in the world.
The Siberian town of Novokuznetsk lies on the Kazakhstan border,
the area hit hardest by the country's heroin problem.
We visit the hub of the heroin trade, see religious cults disguised as rehab centers,
and witness the effects of a bootleg drug called Krokodil, which eats its users from the inside out.

Krokodil: Caffetin, formic acid, Tropicamide, then you add petrol and cook the drug. You boil it, cook it down, and inject it.

Krokodil的成分很簡單，藥局買得到，又比海洛英便宜，所以盛行。
Caffetin：止痛藥，成分包含了codeine(可待因)(鴉片類止痛藥)
formic acid：甲酸。無色而有刺激氣味，且有腐蝕性，人類皮膚接觸後會起泡紅腫
Tropicamide：眼藥水。俗稱：散瞳劑。可抑制眼球副交感神經的生理活性，使得瞳孔放大。
如果大家有去檢查過視網膜就有點散瞳劑的經驗，因為劑量少，所以不會有危害。
以上三種加上.....石油？？是石油嗎???
然後加熱煮沸到最後出來的東西放到針筒裡注射。

如果你打錯地方，沒打進血管，那個地方就開始腐爛。

這就是為什麼該毒品名稱為：KROKODIL(crocodile)(鱷魚)，因為皮膚像鱷魚一樣。
